General Secretary Xi emphasized the importance of education again in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,and the development of basic education is the cornerstone of the development of the entire education cause.Therefore,developing basic education and improving the quality of basic education is one of the important tasks of regional education development.Since 2017,Hainan Province has launched a series of introduction of high-quality education resources in order to further gather domestic high-quality education resources,radiate the development of basic education innovation,continuously improve the running level and education quality of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens,and meet the growing demand for highquality education.Work,such as the "one city(county)two schools and one kindergarten" project and "introducing outstanding principals and key teachers of primary and secondary schools".Based on the analysis and summary of the existing relevant literature,this article conducts some research and analysis on the introduction of high-quality educational resources for high-school education in Hainan Province,with a view to arousing further thinking from scholars and practitioners in the education field,and Provide some relevant information for this.First of all,based on the existing research,this research comprehensively discusses the research overview of the quality education resource sharing model and development model at home and abroad,with a view to providing a research basis and theoretical guarantee for further research.Secondly,interpret the related policies of introducing high-quality education resources in Hainan Province,and explain the relevant details of the introduction project through the interpretation of the policies.At the same time,the performance of the introduced school will be briefly introduced in the context of the 2019 middle and high school entrance examination.Then,based on the concept of high-quality educational resources,the author compiles interview outlines and conducts interviews and surveys in A and B high schools to gain a deeper understanding of the school's running situation.The investigation revealed that the school revealed the problems of insufficient teacher establishment,lack of financial autonomy,and insufficient implementation of the reform of the high school admissions system.Finally,the author puts forward suggestions based on the problems found: 1.scientifically approved teacher establishment;2.increasing the total number of establishments through multiple channels;3.overall management and setting up a staff turnover pool;4.improving school financial autonomy;5.optimizing fund management System;6.Fully implement the "indicator to school" system;7.Improve the "indicator to school" system.The introduction of high-quality education resources engineering is a huge systematic project.One or two issues will also affect the overall effect.Only through scientific policy guidance and governance strategies can the effectiveness of introducing high-quality education resources be effectively exerted.Contribute to the development of basic education.
