The introduction of foreign high-quality educational resources is the core of Sino-foreign cooperation in running school and the decisive factor in the cause of the success of Sino-foreign cooperation in running school. In recent years,more and more foreign universities and projects come to China and it has exposed many problems, such as the high-quality educational resources cannot be absorbed effectively, the quality of some foreign universities and projects is not high, so students and their parents think the high tuition is not worth. All these phenomena affected the reputation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running school.Therefore, reasonable introduction of educational resources,especially in combination with the local actual situation to make full use of them, is of great significance.The paper selects the University of Nottingham Ningbo as an example,using documentary method and case study method, through the comprehensive use of various research methods to promote the introduction of foreign high-quality educational resources research more scientific, effective.In the research content,this study introduces the background of the development of sino-foreign cooperation in running school in our country and especially describes the core role of foreign high-quality educational resources played in the development of sino-foreign cooperation in running school.And it provides a broad review of relevant literature consistent with the study, and selects The University of Nottingham Ningbo in the actual investigation.Then it introduces The University of Nottingham Ningbo from the school’s history, orientation and professional settings. And, in turn, analyzes high quality educational resources of The University of Nottingham Ningbo, including human resources,mainly from three aspects:teachers,students and school administrators are introduced in detail;material resources,mainly from two aspects:students’ learning and living environment,school equipments and other facilities are introduced in detail;financial resources;mainly from four aspects:the output of talent,technology support,cooperation with the local government and enterprises and setting up educational development foundation are introduced in detail;other resources;mainly from two aspects:establishing a modern library and introducing rich network learning resources are introduced in detail.From this study lessons learned,if any,can be implemented in the construction of high level university in the field of Sino-foreign cooperation in running school, mainly includes keeping school characteristics,building a highly qualified teachers,implementing the concept of "student-centered",broadening the sources of funding for education,establishing a scientific management system and creating a good environment. Through the study of introduction of high quality education resources in order to provide reference for the steady development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running school.
