The Study On The Countermeasures To Improve The University Students' Qualities

How to improve university student's qualities, the important issue which university students face, it is one of the important subjects that the social development puts forward to higher education too. In general university students' qualities are still high at present But they can't be ignored that there are existing some problems in development of some students in qualities, such as the deviation of the value orientation, the indifference in politics, the separation between morals and behaviors, the unbalance in the structure of cultural knowledge, the disadvantage in ability qualities, defects in psychological quality and so on. There are various reasons causing these problems existing in university students' qualities. The deficiencies of the family, school, and society are the external reason to cause these questions. Then, the inner reason comes from university students' own factors. On the basis, I have put forward the countermeasures of improving university student's qualities. Firstly, the modern education concept should be established; Secondly, reforming teaching practice to advance the development of university student's quality harmoniously; Thirdly, the university students' social practice should be strengthened to improve their overall qualities; Fourthly, the cultural environment of the campus should be optimized; Fifthly, self-education should be emphasized, with the educational content practiced; Sixthly, building the good social environment of improving university students' qualities.
