Normal university is the cradle of the people's teachers.The humanistic quality of normal university students is directly related to the level of teaching staff.In recent years,the humanistic quality education of normal university students gives rise to the attention of academia.Scholars reviewed this problem from various views,and they had reached some achievements.But it is not enough in-depth.Humanistic quality education is a long-term complicated engineering.It cannot achieve fruitful results overnight.People should constantly sum up the experience and lessons in the long-term exploration of the humanistic quality education.Humanistic quality education is the objective need of person's full scale development,also is one of the ways to realize person's full scale development.The success of the humanistic quality education needs strengths of all parties.Under the guidance of the Marxist human development theory,it is very important to strengthen the development of the education of our country by strengthening the humanistic quality education of normal university students and cultivating the all-round development of college students in the construction of socialist modernization.September 9,2016,as the 32 nd Teacher's Day was approaching,General Secretary Xi Jinping in Beijing Bayi school said,“Teachers should be the guider to help temper students' character and lead students to learn knowledge,be a guider of students innovative thinking.And be the leader of students' dedication to the motherland.” In the speech,the general secretary encouraged students that they should become persons with pure mind,healthy personalities,noble character,and strive to be a person with culture,humanistic care,and responsibility.This paper tries to find out the effective ways to improve the humanistic quality education of normal college students by analyzing and studying the humanistic quality education of students in normal universities.
