Based on former researcher's decision-making theory and practice of supervising& controlling mechanism of undergraduate teaching in universities of teaching-researching type, this dissertation focuses on the thinking paradigm, rational standards, a system analysis of the structure and running pattern of supervising& controlling mechanism of undergraduate teaching is elementary carried out. Finally, ponders towards on the practical problem as operating the pattern. The main points are as follows:Firstly, mechanical thinking paradigm and adaptive thinking paradigm of supervising& controlling undergraduate teaching are put forward. Mechanical thinking paradigm is isolated and schismatically, while adaptive thinking paradigm is flexible and evaluative. So we should develop the adaptive thinking paradigm, and gradually develop the useful and discard the useless of the former when taking into consideration of all various circumstances.Secondly, a study on rational standards of supervising & controlling mechanism of undergraduate teaching is made. Whether the supervising & controlling mechanism is rational or not depends on feasibility, utility and innovation. Undergraduate teaching progress is classified into several parts, by which a discussion is made on the validity of the supervising & controlling mechanism.Thirdly, studies on the analysis all elements of the supervising & controlling system, decomposition& harmony of the system. Based on the review of three types of supervising & controlling system of undergraduate teaching, put forward the fundamental running pattern of supervising & controlling mechanism of undergraduate teaching.Last but not least, gives some ideas on the fragmentary and sporadic things in the undergraduate teaching supervising & controlling progress. This dissertation calls for the mechanism to adapt objective elements, and carry through accommodation in accordance with the changes of environment and win lasting efficiency and effectiveness.
