The continuous development of modern distance education scale, widening its impact on the social, also paid close attention to the quality of teaching, and the operation of the off-campus learning center, off-campus learning centers bear assisted teaching of modern distance education students with college information transfer bridge, the quality of the management of their daily work is also directly reflects the quality of the modern distance education. China for the assessment of the quality of distance education is unfolding and achieved a certain amount of research, but the assessment of the quality of the daily work mainly on the assessment of the quality of distance education system as an evaluation factor, rarely for the daily work of the Distance Education Centre a specialized evaluation system.
