With the implementation of China-EU Gansu basic education project, as a new kind of learning resource centre, TLRC has advanced teaching idea, a large number of distance education resources, brings new opportunity for the development of school-based training in western rural schools.In this thesis, through the analysis the current situation of Gansu school-based training, discussed the influence of the development of school-based training under the environment of distance education resources to school headmasters and teachers, and then, established the performance technology improving model of TLRC school-based training under the environment of distance education resources, and provided the suggestion on the specific operation. In the study, taking Gansu Gulang Dingning Junior School as the case, and taking the research methods of interview, questionnaire, on-the-spot observation and research and so on, got abundant first-hand materials, and used literature search, induction, deduction to sort out and analyses the materials.First part: Introduction, introduced the research background, causes, purpose, meaning, and research methods.Second part: Relevant introduction of TLRC, including the origin and development of TLRC in foreign countries, and the introduction of TLRC by China-EU Gansu Basic Education ProjectThird part: put forward the necessity of developing TLRC school-based training under the environment of distance education resources, including the existing problems of traditional school training, and, and the necessity of developing TLRC school-based training under the environment of distance education resources, and how to develop effective school-based training under the environment of distance education resources through using performance technology.Fourth part: established the performance improving model of school-based training, and put forward the specific operation strategy.Fifth part: the conclusion, explained the conclusion and understanding, and pointed out the shortage of the research to set up the direction of the follow-up research.
