Study On Private Junior School Of Shenzhen At The End Of 1940's

In modern times, Shenzhen (Baoan County) was a small county. The development of education in Shenzhen was somewhat immature. At the end of 1940's, Shenzhen had only two private junior schools, which played a significant role in the education history. In the sight of history, this article mainly analyzes, by quoting the first-hand annals, the background, process and conditions of the foundations and managements of these two junior schools and their educational activities, in order to study their educational characters, fruitages and influences. It is the innovation of this article to make a case study by quoting the first-hand annals which other scholars have not quoted or seldom quoted, and perhaps it is also an important innovation in this research field. Additionally, in the interest of reality, by studying the history of these two private schools, and analyzing their advantages and disadvantages, we will find some beneficial reference for the present development of middle school, especially for the present development of private middle schools.
