It is widely accepted that enterprise and private school share the idea of pursuing high efficiency. The human-oriented management was recognized by all walks of life. As far as the private school is concerned, the human resource management is a fresh subject. Based on Shenzhen, the most developed city in China, the thesis studies the private school with the theory and methods, borrowed from enterprise management, of human resource management, together with the experience gathered from school management. Starting with the research in the state of private school and the regulations laid down by Shenzhen government, the thesis symmetrically analyses the human resource planning, recruiting, training, vocational developing, evaluating and salaries managing of teachers in private school. Especially, the thesis focuses on elaboration of creating of learning organization and developmental evaluation methodology of teacher, illustrating scientific management in human resource can promote the performance of school and competitiveness, in the hope of being highly valued by related department. At the same time, the thesis provides reference for the research of relevant departments on how to build up a human resource management system under the new competitive market environment.
