Informatization of teacher education is an important content of educational informatization. Teachers act the critical effect in the process of educational informatization. In the process of educational informatization, not only should teachers adjust their teaching behavior in time but also they think how to integrate ICT into the curriculum. Not only should teachers possess basic information literacy, but also they have the capabilitiy of informatized instruction design. At the same time, teachers should pay attention to the teacher's professional development so that they can improve their professional knowledge and capabilities.At present, though the majority of teachers have possessed the basic capability of applying ICT, teachers are deficient in integrating ICT into the curriculum. The content of many ICT trainings for teachers in our country is still on basic capabilities of applying ICT and making courseware. We have known that many teachers don't satisfy with the content and model of ICT trainings for teachers from the survey.The work of informatization of teacher education should be a successive process and teachers need gain help and concern continuously. This study puts forward that the thought of learning community should be integrated into the work of informatization of teacher education. Learning community includes teachers, experts and learners. They frequently communicate and share knowledge, experience and resources to accelerate informatization of teacher education.This paper mainly includes five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research meaning,research methods and the problem that this paper plans to resolve.The second chapter mainly elaborates the meaning of informatization of teacher education and illustrates that informatization of teacher education presents challenges to teachers.The third chapter is about the survey and analysis of present conditions of informatization of middle school teacher education. The author analysed the factors that influenced informatization of teacher educationThe fourth chapter mainly elaborates informatization of teacher education based-on learning community and introduces the meaning, characteristic, function and type of learning community. The author thinks that the work of informatization of teacher education will be improved by setting up learning community and illustrates how to set up learning community.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the preliminary design and development of learning website of informatization of teacher education based-on learning community. The website is presented ,in which the resources and technology are integrated. In this system, the teacher's learning is supported; more importantly, the learning community are sustained and expanded.In a word, we shouldn't be seeking short-term successes and quick profits in the process of informatization of teacher education. We should support and pay close attention to teachers continuously.
