Content:With the advent of the information age, both teaching and learning have shown new features in the informational environment of education, the traditional teachers’role has changed, teachers’knowledge structure and ability structure face challenges. Under the background of educational informationization, there are higher standards and requirements on teachers’learning.To study middle school teachers’learning needs under the background of educational informationization, this research will combine teachers’professional knowledge and ability structure with teachers’learning conditions together. I handed out questionnaires to middle school teachers, attempting to obtain the real idea and real data of middle school teachers. Based on the data analysis, I try to extract the problems on teachers’ learning, and put forward the corresponding improvement strategies. The research results can provide the related reference for teacher training, and for middle school teachers it can be used to read and study in order to make more effective learning. The ultimate purpose of this research is to improve the middle school teachers’overall quality in order to meet the higher requirements of information age, thereby to improve the quality of education and teaching and to speed up the process of educational modernization.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, including research background, research review, the significance of the study and research methods; the second part is the definition of the core concepts and theoretical basis; the third part is survey on middle school teachers’learning needs under the background of educational informationization, including investigation and data analysis; the last part is conclusion of the study and expectation, including conclusion of the study, the innovation, the deficiency and the follow-up work.This study finds that, under the background of educational informationization, there exist the following problems on middle school teachers’learning: the first one is there are contradictions between teachers’eager to learn and the difficulties on learning, the second one is negative effect of teachers’negative emotion, the third one is the contradiction between learning and teaching, the last one is the lack of the mechanism on teachers’learning.In view of these problems, this study proposes suggestions as followed: the first is to implement the organization and management of primary school; the second is to intensify training and reform the training content; the third one is to build the safeguard mechanism of teacher learning; the fourth is to set up learning community based on information technology...
