According to Piaget's theory of constructivism,Young teachers gradually build awareness and construct something new in the process of the interaction of the environment around.The community provides a possible platform for this kind of construction.Based on Kurt Lewin's theory of group dynamics,a variety of potential motive power interacts each other,producing dependence,imitation and convergence,so that the atmosphere impacts on individual behaviors.Referring to the domestic and foreign literature,this paper defines the concept and gives a brief description of the theoretical basis,combined with the actual work,and constructs the management system of young teachers' learning communityThere are two key words in "learning community" of the young teachers—"learning" and "community",including group learning at school and group learning as a unit.As for the research methods,the "action research" is adopted.Based on the investigation and analysis of three schools in Shaoxing,this paper analyzes the characteristics of young teachers in the teaching and research within the period of 3 years,5 years,10 years and 12 years.After that,focusing on Shaoxing Wenlan middle school,this paper extracts " the management mode of young teachers'learning community".It mainly has the following two research results:First,based on the theories of "Group dynamics" and "The unity of knowledge and action",it tries to look for the effective management of "learning community",including "interdisciplinary learning community" and "teaching and research group".Second,because there are multiple subjects and individual differences in the learning community.So more attention should be paid to the systematic and holistic development of the team so that the ecological operation of young teachers' learning community will be formed.In this paper,the development of young teachers to expand the practice of space were refined.In the foundation to help young teachers to enhance core literacy,administrators are supposed to build ladders for the young teachers and help to enhance the core quality of them.They are supposed to help young teachers to follow the teacher studio learning beyond school level.They are supposed to allow them to broaden their horizons in the process of expanding curriculum development and the development of modern technology,such as "air classroom".Thus,the young teachers are able to build up ambition and increase ability gradually until they can reach the "unity of knowledge and practice".On the basis of the management mode that has been created,this paper further discusses how to optimize the management with the needs of the information age,such as the establishment of We Chat group,etc.In this way,individuals of the physical distribution can form more extensive learning.At the same time,the administrators should pay attention to the interpretation of the dynamic state of the young teachers from the perspective of social psychology.Thus,"good governance"of democratic,responsible,transparent,effective and responsive will be achieved.Ultimately,this kind of management will promote the growth of young teachers and promote the development of the school.
