Through reading the documents and using investigation method of the questionnaire and analyzing the quantity by mathematic methods, this paper has analyzed the theory about hidden education factors of professional aerobics course in Physical Education. The result shows as following .The dynamical system of hidden education factors of aerobics were formed by inherent dynamical system and external dynamical system; Basic function of the obscure course factor in the special teaching of aerobics: promote the knowledge inside and to take with field expanding form student morality with behavioral norm, individual perfect and overall development, etc. The aerobics conceals the function mechanism to students of course factor: the self-cognition, consciousness splits up, difficult and temper, monitor in situation, the supervision by public opinion, environment hint, imitate behavior, communication study, mood are infected etc. The following factors such as basic movements of physical exercises, technological movement analysis, esthetic knowledge studying, studying music theory, interest factor, psychology training, selecting the teaching methods and teaching mode can all be used as the special content of courses of aerobics to elaborate the advantage of hidden curriculum factors to improve the result of function in our class. Time and space are tow latitudes of key element that hidden factors to conceal material and culture component, course of factor; Various kinds of interpersonal relationships in special teaching, sports tradition and atmosphere of the school and class, teaching atmosphere, teacher's personality and motive interest and hobby of the style of leader-ship, student etc. are those components of the cultural key element of special teaching spirit of aerobics; Goal that aerobics select lead system should set with conceal factor phase, course of content; The special teaching of aerobics should be plenteous so that utilize various kinds of teaching methods should arouse the enthusiasm of student and train students' integration capability; We should adopt different teaching modes by giving play to the aerobics to conceal the course advantage at different teaching stages .
