This study in reviewing and summarizing the existing hidden curriculum and PE hidden curriculum research results based on the combined with Henan Province university sports education professional talent training quality status, the use of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, investigation and analysis of Henan Province Colleges and universities of Physical Education hidden curriculum factors and Henan Province Colleges and universities of physical education hidden curriculum situation, for the better development of the sports hidden curriculum, optimization of Henan Province university sports education specialized courses, improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities in Henan Province sports education specialized, so as to further improve the talent training quality.The results show that:(1) the majority of colleges and universities in Henan province sports venues to meet the needs of physical education teaching, the remaining space within the venue to make full use of existing teaching teachers, and the reasonable use of media; small part of university leaders do not attach importance to physical education, and there is no tradition of good atmosphere;(3) the majority of sports Henan province education professional teachers in the teaching process of leadership is single, the teaching method is single, and the content of the student assessment single A few of the teachers;
