Traditional physical education professional physical education curriculum mainly to teach students professional skills and professional knowledge, ignoring the development of students’ Non intelligence factors, with the implementation of the national school education to the requirements and the new curriculum plan, development of students’ Non intelligence factors is school education will be less of a link. Sports dominant curriculum and hidden curriculum in physical education as a part of the physical education curriculum, as the main means of overt sports curriculum to achieve the teaching objectives of physical education is mainly directly to guide the students development, has the certain maneuverability; sports hidden curriculum is have no control, it can students’ development in an overt sports curriculum development or ignored the non intelligence factors, can better complementary dominant programmes ignore students’ Non intelligence factors in the development of the defects, students get more comprehensive development, so it with explicit curriculum combined can better improve the school personnel training quality. This study in reviewing and summarizing the existing hidden curriculum and PE hidden curriculum research results based on the combined with Henan Province university sports education professional talent training quality status, the use of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, investigation and analysis of Henan Province Colleges and universities of Physical Education hidden curriculum factors and Henan Province Colleges and universities of physical education hidden curriculum situation, for the better development of the sports hidden curriculum, optimization of Henan Province university sports education specialized courses, improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities in Henan Province sports education specialized, so as to further improve the talent training quality.The results show that:(1) the majority of colleges and universities in Henan province sports venues to meet the needs of physical education teaching, the remaining space within the venue to make full use of existing teaching teachers, and the reasonable use of media; Minority College Stadiums can not meet the needs of the teaching of Physical Education major, the remaining space within the venue used well, teachers in the teaching media using the existing unreasonable;(2) the majority of colleges and universities in Henan province leadership more emphasis on physical education, and has formed a good atmosphere or is traditional; small part of university leaders do not attach importance to physical education, and there is no tradition of good atmosphere;(3) the majority of sports Henan province education professional teachers in the teaching process of leadership is single, the teaching method is single, and the content of the student assessment single A few of the teachers; leadership style is changeable, the use of various teaching methods, assessment content and content diversity;(4) the majority of colleges and universities in Henan province has not hosted or hosted events is too small, science students can not contact and understand the advanced training methods, competition organization and method, frontier;(5) the Henan province university sports education professional most of the theoretical courses and technical courses are carried out according to the students’ psychology changes the arrangement is reasonable, a few of the technology and theory of curriculum arrangement against the psychological changes of the students, the arrangement is not reasonable;(6) the Henan professional College of physical education of the majority of teachers in high spirit, rich knowledge, comprehensive technology, teaching high level, scientific research ability, have patience, responsible for students; some teachers lack knowledge and comprehensive technology, Teaching level, scientific research ability is deficient, the students lack of patience and work to lead by example problems;(7) in Henan Province university sports education specialized have nearly half of the teachers can reasonable use of classroom atmosphere so as to improve the effect of teaching and pay attention to its own code of conduct in the process of teaching, the relationship at the same time can well deal with between teachers and students; a few of the teachers in the teaching process can not reasonably use and in teaching appear anomie behavior, can not very good processing between teachers and students.Put forward the following suggestions according to the research results:(1) a few colleges and universities in Henan province to strengthen the construction of sports venues, and strengthen the use of the remaining space within the venue, and strengthen the teachers’ training on the use of modern teaching media, make full use of existing teaching media;(2) strengthen the leadership of college physical education professional attention, positive the school sports education professional good traditional culture;(3) the school to strengthen the training of teachers, improve teachers’ teaching skills, change the mode of leadership of colleges and universities physical education teachers in Henan province situation single, single teaching method, the school changed to student assessment, all aspects of the assessment of students;(4) school many contractors or participate in sports events outside the school and build a platform for exchange of experience for students and teachers, so that students can learn advanced training, The organizing method, understand scientific frontier;(5) of Henan Province university sports education specialized adjustment now curriculum for comprehensive and reasonable course arrangement, enhance students’ learning effect, improve the quality of teaching;(6) in Henan Province Colleges and universities teachers need to self regulate, make their spirits, and to enhance the study and enrich their knowledge, improve the level of teaching and scientific research ability, work set an example;(7) some teachers in the teaching process strengthen the use of good classroom atmosphere, pay attention to its own code of conduct, to avoid or reduce the appearance of anomie behavior. At the same time pay attention to the correct processing between teachers and students.
