With the development of the society, the sports target, content and form of colleges and universities in China is undergoing profound changes. The sports education’ focus in the college transform past one-sided on the students enhanced physique biological function improvement into college students’ physical health, mental health and social adaptability of the coordinated development and cultivate college sports of lifetime sports consciousness and promote college students personalized and diversified. So the teaching contents are more students-centered. Sports teachers in class-designing should pay more attention to the implementation of the hidden curriculum factors, except for teaching students how to master certain knowledge and skills, therefor the development of students’ non-intelligence factors are also very important. Sports hidden-curriculum’s implementation method is not fixed, not only contain special organizations, but also contain aimless. Only the correct guidance and design can promote students’ all-round development of body and mind. Volleyball course is very necessary in college sport teaching in the implementation of the "mastering many skills while specializing in" skills training goal plays a "pluripotent" role. Through courses in addition to require students to master volleyball skills and apply to the game, also requests the student to understand team spirit and cultivate their will quality of courage. Only the sports recessive curriculum and hidden curriculum synchronous implementation, can we truly achieve the "student-centered" so as to better achieve sports teaching goal.In this article, through the self-made questionnaire of Beijing Jiaotong university volleyball class’s teachers and the students in the class, through the eight weeks of observation records, understand the development of Beijing Jiaotong university elective sports hidden curriculum, and aims at the problems to redesign the volleyball class content, by issuing the physical exercise attitude scale for students in the form of a pretest, after testing found that sports hidden curriculum implementation in the volleyball class can influence students’ attitude and motivation of volleyball. The specific conclusions are as follows:1 Sports hidden curriculum can through certain means to carry on, but not all the hidden curriculum can be designed, there embodies the concealment of sports hidden curriculum.2 Of the sports hidden curriculum design can achieve the expected effect on the whole, may also occur in contrast to the expected results. Demonstrate the unexpected characteristics of sports hidden curriculum.3 The same teacher taught the same way, after the class, different class’s exercise attitudes are basically identical.4 By changing the factors of hidden curriculum, such as teaching methods, organization form and so on, can improve the students’sports exercise attitude.
