Online education is the main form of distance education. Education without appraisement is a blindfolding education, so accompanied with the extending application of the online education, many evaluation related to it were created. By far, the appraisements on the benefit of online education is deficiency. The object of appraisement is to take measures to adjust the education procedure according to the evaluation results. A unilateral appraisement can never guarantee the effective improvement of the education quality. The main task of the appraisement is to analyze the object scientifically, thus to ensure a full-scale appraisement. With all the forenamed problems, this study tries to find a scientific analyzing method to analyze online education thoroughly in the aspect of performance, thus to ensure a scientific appraisement of online education and to give some theoretic and practical instructions to the standardized development of online education. Performance technique, which focuses on the improvement of the system performance and optimizes the labors, some related resourcesin the system, has not formed some basic theory, but also put forth a series of explorations and studies in practice. Unfortunately, the study of this technique in instructional technology is still restricted in the stage of simple introduction and few application. Practically, the performance technique are the combine of 3 basic courses: performance analysis, cause analysis and intervention selection. This study referencing to the theory in the enterprise management, aiming to the unilateral phenomena of the existed studies, use the concept of performance technique in the appraisement of online education. The contents include: the study on concept and components of online education performance; making the evaluation of online education specific, full-scale and scientific; processing some basic judgments on the practical value of performance analyzing on real cases.Firstly, based on the analysis of the literatures, some related theoretic instruction, consultant of experts and personal conclusion, this study chose the learner and teacher as study objects, analyzed and established their performance parameters. Then chose the online education course < dermatosis course> as an example, using the established performance parameters, adopting the self-appraise method, appraised the performances of learners and teachers in the online education, and after that, gave some basic cause analysis and intervention selection.
