Performance Of Technology In Education Research

When the performance management is becoming the popular topic in the enterprises field, more and more people engaged in educational technology realize that the research of performance technology have been lagged because of the limit of our knowledge structure, diathesis and the need of the society. Particularly, perhaps we have forgotten the fact that performance technology is gestated from educational technology field. Now we should acknowledge that the development of performance technology in enterprise could give us some new ideas.For us, giving attention to performance is the necessary choice. Performance technology, which is borne in educational technology, usually takes many nonteaching means to solve performance problem. In this paper, we'll analyze the nonteaching factors that give influence to teaching from the angle of performance. We'll conclude the guideline system of education performance, and design the improvement model of education performance. We hope to breakthrough the limit of intrinsic instructional design and probe the deep causes.Persons who involved in educational movement are the most important factor of education performance, then teachers and students are the protagonists. Now we should take research on how to give support to teachers' work. Electronic performance support system is another hotspot of the application of performance technology in educational field. We hope to promote the performance of teachers by supporting environment according with the need of teachers' work.
