Implementing The Quality-oriented Education Thoroughly And Promoting The People's Full Development

Promoting the people's full development has been the essential requirement of socialist building. All the causes in the contemporary China must make efforts to make people fully-developed. The people's full development must subsist on the quality-oriented education. We must realize that the quality-oriented education has been theoretically and practically deepened with the reform of education system in China. It has improved the qualities of people's scientific knowledge and standards of the ideological moral. So, it has played a key role in the people's full-development However, it should be pointed out that, in the new period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and speeding up socialist modernization, there appear some problems even shortcomings in the implementation of the quality-oriented education. As a result, it becomes necessary to constantly bring forth new ideas in the implementation of the quality-oriented education and update the form and content of the education. Thus, it can help promote the people's full development and it can realize its historic mission: the core of education lies in modeling people.
