Nowadays, the employment problem of the academician has become one of the social focuses, people pay much attention to it because it is the essential part of our daily life.Every year, hundreds and millions of academicians meet the difficulty of looking for a job, but because our market system is not so perfect that it is very hard for them to get a job. In the past, if you graduated from a university it meant you could get a job easily but at now it just means you lose your job. In recent years, the group of working force has become larger and larger, according to the fifth national census, the group of working force, especially the youth will grow larger and larger. In 1980s', there're 19,520,000 people entered the working age each year. In 1990s', there're 20,220,000, 70,000 more than in the 1980s'. In 2000s', there're 23,910,000, 3,690,000 more than in the 1990s'. From these data we can see, the increase span is very large. Such an increase span is sure to put high pressure on the working force market. On the other side, with the high education is offered to more and more people, the high education has been turned from the "elite education" into "public education" and with the marketing level of the education has been improved, and the distribution policy of high school students were changed from the universal distribution to the fair competition and free choice, therefore, it is not very certainly for any student to get a job when he or she graduated from school.Meanwhile, we must notice the great progress and achievement that we have got at the high education and the employment system for academicians. The traditional high education system and the employment system make the development of our education lack of vigor and efficiency, the system and struction of train intellectual ossificated, the scope of train intellectual slow down, the distribution of the intellectual become unreasonable, the source of the intellectualwasted, the enthusiasm and positivity for the intellectual to creation depressed. The practices show that if we don't reform the system of high education there's no outlet for our education, the high education can't supply the high quality intellectual to fit the development of our national economy and social development.It is emergent for us to reform the high education system, expand the freedom of high education institution, reform the distribution system of academician. By these actions, we can let our country, society and students instead of our country to burden the education fee. We can explode all kinds of resource to enlarge the scope of the high education and improve the efficiency of the high education.In fact, in 90s'20 century the employment problem of academician has appeared, especially in the end of 80s at the beginning of 90s, but later it has been resolved a little. But with the students who are out of the enroll plan graduated, the employment problem becomes serious again, so we must prepare for it. In this essay, we use some basic principles of social psychology and administration management to analyze, discuss the employment problem of academician. There're four parts in this essay, part one: the comprehension of two viewpoints of employment, describe the situation and need of the contemporary academicians to illustrate in the market economy, for the academicians to choose a job the important thing is to deal with concrete matters relating to work. Part two: describe briefly that the feature of employment has changed from singular to multiple, the academicians should face the great change in distribution system calmfully. The valuation of the academician to choose a job has been secularised. The ways for the academician to choose a job have been widen, the academicians to choose a job are more deal with concrete matters relating to work and analyzed the factors.
