Research On The Way Of Huhhot Unemployment Insurance To Promote Employment

The issue of employment and unemployment has always been the focus of social attention.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to achieve higher quality and more full employment,solve structural contradictions in employment,and improve the unemployment insurance system.Unemployment insurance is a compulsory social insurance system,which plays a positive role in ensuring the basic livelihood of the unemployed,promoting re-employment and preventing unemployment.At present,the function of unemployment insurance to promote employment is more and more powerful,which plays a positive role in stabilizing the employment situation and ensuring the maximum livelihood.At the same time,unemployment insurance still has much to do in promoting employment,which is also the focus of this study.This paper analyzes and studies the function of unemployment insurance to promote employment in Hohhot by means of questionnaires and interviews.At present,the unemployment insurance in Hohhot plays a more significant role in ensuring basic living.It helps the unemployed to tide over the difficulties through the implementation of unemployment insurance benefits.At the same time,the function construction of unemployment insurance to promote employment has just started,and there are still some problems and deficiencies,such as some groups have not been included in the scope of unemployment insurance,the effect of vocational training is not significant enough,and the endogenous development motivation of the unemployed is insufficient.The reason for these problems is that the current unemployment insurance system is relatively backward and cannot meet the needs of the new normal.Unemployment insurance has some defects in fund raising and use,and there are still deficiencies in the design of policy items.In view of the above problems,it is necessary to revise and perfect them from the system level.This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions.From the system level,we should further improve the design of the unemployment insurance system,expand the coverage of unemployment insurance,and jointly adjust the mode of raising and distributing unemployment insurance.From the project level,it is necessary to further improve the quality of vocational training,enrich employment promotion projects,increase entrepreneurship support for the unemployed,and improve job stability and functional promotion subsidies.From the regulatory level,we should strengthen the supervision of unemployment insurance funds and policies;From the personnel level,we should create a social atmosphere for active employment,increase subsidies to encourage employment,and improve the motivation for unemployed people to find new jobs.
