A Study In Modern Administrative System Of Management School Of HUST

As a national nonprofit organization, university has many problems, which occur mainly in the nation controlling organizations, in the human resource management aspect, such as employee's low work levels, unfair payment, and employees' low quality comparing to the development of corporation.In order to solve these problems, the leader team of HUST management institute decided to ask the human resource specialist for help. They hope that the specialist will change the poor management situation in the administration. For the perfect design and on schedule, we used several tools and divide the project into three phases.The first phase is survey and analysis,in order to comprehend each position accurately and assure the project more effective, in this phase, we collected a great quantity of information at first,And then, we did data processing to this information, At last, we analyzed data and obtain conclusion. For the sake of reliable information and easier data processing, we used many tools such as grades, queue, the interview, questionnaires and observation in this phrase. The second phrase is ability evaluation, Owing to ability is various, we appraisal the employee from five aspects, that is logic ability, computer ability, writing, score from colleague, score from leader and interview;the third phrase is report writing, the content of report include frame of position and suited responsibilities and performance evaluation system, in term of the data from survey and the outcome of personal evaluation, reference to successful designs of first-class universities, base on the responsibilities of administration and the stratagem of school, we design the project and hope that this project will help HUST management school improving his administration management.
