Content: 21 century is an information society. During this period, the comparison between each country is the comparison of economy and technology, which is decided by the talent, while the comparison of talent depends on education. Our government pays much attention to the educational technology, enacts the law 《The Basic Educational Subjects Reform》on June 7th 2001,which says:" Do the best to impel the application of information technology during the educational period, facilitate the integration of IT and subjects, gradually carry out the reform of the present way of instruction content, the learning way of student, the instruction way of teacher and the interaction between teacher and student" ,but there is still a little research about it ,This paper is about the integration of IT and Preschool Normal Biology.There are two basic thoughts in this paper: one is constructivism, namely, the learner is the center; the other one is two-center model (both teacher and student are centers), which not only develops teachers' guiding function, but reflects students' self-cognition function. This paper adopts many scientific education research method, such as Literature Method, Content Analytical Method, Test Research Method, Comparative Research Method, and so on. We takes the two classes of 02 Child Education Major as the research object. In class(l),takes the traditional instructive way while in class(2),takes the modern educational technology. First, use the theory of IT to analyze the material of Preschool Normal Biology, choose some material which is suitable for integration; Then, carry out the integration of IT and theory teaching and trial teaching in 02 Child Education Major class(l); Finally, according to the four results, such as the grades of two final-examination; experiment & visiting test; homework (e.g.: make specimen; raise snail, etc); the test of extra reading, then draw a final conclusion.This research result proves that by integrating the modern instruction and Preschool Normal biology instruction of child teaching can redound to the change of the rote between the teacher and the student, encouraging the motivation of learning, improving the self-esteem, increasing the information ability and can help to strengthen the ability of cooperation with each other, enhance the design skills and strengthen the consciousness of listening to and accepting others' needs and opinions.According to that, we know we have a long way to go in order to integrate the educational technology and Preschool Normal Biology instruction.
