The birth of Massive Open Online Course(MOOC)in the United States foreshadows the new dawn of traditional teaching. It breaks the limitation of time and space, and makes education unusually flexible and is widely regarded as a major part of the transformation of disruptive innovation in modern higher education. In MOOC teaching, although the teacher has withdrawn from the center, the role of teachers in student learning is still quite obvious.Understanding the influencing factors of teachers' using behavior helps to improve the teaching situation and promote the development of MOOC.Based on the innovation diffusion theory(IDT),MOOC usage model of university teachers and nine basic assumptions have been put forward by combining such theories as the Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA),Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB),Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT).A total of 210 valid questionnaires were collected from university teachers through online and offline questionnaires. The reliability and validity of the collected data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0,and the conceptual model was fitted with AMOS 17.0.The results show that the construction model is explained 55%.Performance expectations, mass media, social impact,MOOC promotion staff's efforts and behavior intentions are positively correlated, indicating that work promotion, media communication, leadership advice from colleagues and promotion of active and effective promotion staff can effectively change teachers' intention to use;MOOC observability And behavioral intention was negatively correlated, which means that the higher the observability of MOOC teaching, the more difficult for teachers to have the idea of participating in MOOC teaching;the promotion of conditions, hard working expectations,MOOC probabilistic have no significant effect on behavioral intentions, that is Whether the college supports it or not, whether the MOOC is easy to use or whether it is convenient to use the probationary conditions will not have a significant impact on the teacher's intention of using. The behavioral intention has a significant and positive correlation with the usage behavior. In this regard, the management findings are summarized from the analysis results, and the research deficiencies are summarized, and the prospect of the research contents is prospected.
