Nowadays with the rapid development of Chinese society,the role of women to the society more and more highlighted,so many women physically and mentally often under pressure,seriously affected their physical and mental health.Improve women's mental health,reduce women lives work stress has become a social focus on major issues.Practice shows that the effective way of yoga exercises can improve and enhance women physical and mental health level,has a good promoting effect on women physical and mental health.So this article USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,in 100 to participate in the exercises of yoga practitioners and of 100 women who don't participate in yoga,yoga exercise on female body self-esteem of investigation and study,the results it is concluded that:1?Yoga exercisers body self-esteem at average level,the female body self-esteem score after yoga exercise 85.02±10.754,athletic ability score of 15.97±2.879,health score of 16.61±2.726,physical attractiveness scored 17.36±2.031,physical quality score of 17.49±2.250,physical self-worth scored 15.9±2.451.2?Through the division and yoga practitioners of yoga exercise duration of physical self-esteem were analyzed in five dimensions have significant difference(P < 0.01),among them,group A and group B and group C,group B and group A yoga practitioner of sports ability,physical quality,physical self-worth,physical condition and body attraction there are significant differences between the five dimensions(P < 0.01),the higher the results show that the fixed number of year of yoga exercisers body self-esteem level is higher.3?Based on the division and the number of yoga practitioners weekly training practitioners body self-esteem contrastive analysis in fivedimensions have significant difference(P < 0.01),among them,the group A1 and B1 and C1 group,B1 and C1 group yoga practitioners of sports ability,physical quality,physical self-worth,physical condition and body attraction there are significant differences between the five dimensions(P< 0.01),the higher the results show that the fixed number of year of yoga exercisers body self-esteem level is higher.4?Through the long-term yoga practitioners found that long-term yoga exercisers physical self-esteem is not only affected by the fixed number of year of the practice and the number of weekly training,yoga types to the five dimensions of physical self-esteem also exist significant difference(P < 0.01),among them,the group A2 and B2 and C2 group,B2 and C2 group yoga practitioners of sports ability,physical quality,physical self-worth,physical condition and body attraction there are significant differences between the five dimensions(P < 0.01).5?Yoga practice group scored 85.02±10.754,And the result analysis,the control group scored 68.48±10.264,yoga practice group body level of self-esteem and five dimensions was obviously higher than that of control group(P < 0.01).So this study concluded that the effective way of yoga exercise can form good female body self-esteem level,has a good promoting effect on women physical and mental health,advised countries advocating women improve yoga exercise so as to improve their physical and mental health level.
