On Learning Society And The Strategies Of Its Construction

The 21 century is a highly informational, knowledgeable and global society. On the one hand, unlike before , the study has been a basic survival ability to a nation and a person. Face to the knowledge renewed continuously, each modern people wants to find out the road that live with the development, must set up the idea of long-life learning .On the other hand, economic conditional improvement, the shortened labor, the development of medical treatment technique, and health science, make modern people not only the life expectancy prolongs, but also own more abundant freedoms domination time compared with past. This urges modern people to make a point of enriching their spiritual life, expect to make the ego perfect by personal diligent. But these requests and desired strengthen continuously, urge people again only have to depend on their independence, and their life-long learning ability, which can attain the ideal state. To realize obviously this kind of high and high quality spirit pursue, depending only on a the time-school education study is extremely difficult to attain . Therefore, "the learning society" is to adapt to the society and emerged with need of self-development and country development.With the theory of the learning society being recognized by people, constructing learning society has been a goal of educational form and social development for every county in the world. In the thesis, the author, based on its development and its modern cause, expatiates connotations, characters and part traits of learning society, discusses the basic principles and conditions, and summarizes the current primary achievements and problems in constructing the learning society in China nowadays. Based on this, the author presents suggestions and methods to resolve these problems and shortages.
