Learning City Construction Of A Number Of Issues Research

Globalization, building of well-off society and the development and competition of city make it be an urgent task to build up learning society in China, however, that the economic base and non-balance of economic development determines there are lots of difficulties in building up learning society entirely these days. As a part of a society, city holds advanced productivity and advanced culture, also holds rich resource of education and good environment of study, so it can be a carrier to realize learning society, and realize learning society. In this paper the author discusses the theory and practice in building up learning city, and summarizes the current conditions and primary achievement from several concepts about learning city in China. Based on this, the author finds the problems and shortage in building up learning city in China, and also presents suggestion and method to resolve these problems and shortage.
