At present in our country,in the period of transformation and upgrading of industrial structure as the labour advantage losing,low-tech labor-intensive industries gradually withdrew from the historical stage,our country also began to shift from industrial era to the era of knowledge economy,knowledge intensive industry gradually dominate.While advocating cultural confidence and cultural power in the country environment,education training enterprises to improve national quality,provide the source of knowledge productivity,This is becoming more and more important in today's society.In education training enterprise,the mode of human capital participation income distribution plays an important role in attracting outstanding teachers,while the qualified teachers are the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,study and formulate appropriate education and training of enterprise human capital participating in enterprises income distribution pattern,explore the education training incentives of different types of human capital in enterprise focus,analysis of human capital participating in income distribution pattern influence on enterprise performance,to give full play to the advantage of human capital,stable and high quality talent team,improve the education training earnings has strong practical significance.In this article,through the combination of theory and case method,therelated research results at home and abroad were reviewed and the integration,established the human capital theory,transaction cost theory,principal-agent theory,property right theory and related theoretical basis,and through the relevant data,summarizes the current human capital participating in enterprises income distribution in China's education and training industry practice,were analyzed and the problems.In view of the problems,designed the enterprise human capital income distribution matrix,multi-level education training for different types of human capital in the education training enterprises put forward the relative specific companies and employees win-win pattern of income distribution.In the process of combining case to demonstrate,selected the typical representative of the industry-new Nanyang co.,LTD.,and new types of small and medium-sized online education classes-case study of Tian Ran writing classes,to put forward the education of human capital participating in enterprises income distribution pattern of validation and education training enterprise human capital participating in income distribution in China of the problems existing in the practice put forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions,delves into the education training enterprises in our country is in the dominant position of the two kinds of human capital,human capital management and the teaching model of human capital,to participate in enterprise residual income distribution should take what kind of model.Finally,based on the theory combining with case analysis in this paper,theresearch conclusion: education and training enterprise senior management personnel and technical backbone is given priority to with equity incentive shall be taken to releasing the auxiliary focus on the long-term incentive model of human capital participating in enterprises income distribution.Type teaching students to combine service object of human capital of different flexible take different inspection evaluation standards,in line with creativity,simplified examination system,the principle of clear direction for full-time teachers take short-term incentive and long-term incentive compensation system,the combination of the part-time teachers adopt short-term incentive is given priority to,focusing on the performance salary and bonus incentive pay system.Based on the research conclusion,this article suggested that education training enterprises attaches great importance to the reform of human capital participating in enterprises income distribution pattern,so as to stimulate employee creativity,and to attract excellent teachers to promote the competitiveness of the industry.
