Now, the main form of trainings of Educational Technology for university teachers is face-to-face or web-based. The main problem is that universities just provide courses in a single way of face-to-face or web-based. Or providing courses in a double-track way, however, for lacking of strategies to blend them effectively, a remarkable effect still could not achieve by now. Based on blended learning, it is worthful to design a support system for Educational Technology training for university teachers.First, based on the problems of Educational Technology training, all sorts of definitions and viewerpoints on blended learning of abroad and domestic have been discussed, and strategies on how to blend learning elements have been raised. Then, a support system model of Educational Technology training for university teachers has been worked out. With a conception of "Learning Activities", this model can be divided into two modules:support module for learning activities and manage module for learning activities. The model has realistic support functions for designing, organizing, executing and management of Educational Technology training for university teachers.Based on blended learning, the design of strategies on how to blend learning elements and that of support system model could bring out new methods and ways to Educational Technology training for university teachers. And what’s more, it is good for construction of support service and development of support system for training.
