Construction And Application Of Modern Educational Technology Learning System Based On EPSS

In recent years,in order to solve the problem of on-the-job training for primary and secondary school teachers,online learning + face-to-face training have been adopted.This article applies the theory and technology of electronic performance support system to teachers' modern education technology training.It solves some problems in teachers' on-the-job,low-cost and high-efficiency learning of modern educational technology systems,and the use of educational information technology to solve course teaching information.Has a certain practical value.Based on the needs of teachers of Qinxian Experimental Middle School in Shanxi Province to train modern education technology on the job,this paper uses questionnaires,conferences and other methods to investigate and analyze the modern educational technology ability of the experimental middle school teachers.Based on knowledge management,and in accordance with the training of modern educational technology for school teachers,a modern educational technology learning system based on EPSS was constructed.The system uses the Moodle platform to formally encode the content and learning methods of modern educational technology training courses for school teachers into a software system.The system supports a modern educational technology learning environment for work and learning,communication and collaboration,interaction and sharing.Course content covers modern educational technology,teaching multimedia,information technology applications,and learning support.The research results show that EPSS-based modern educational technology learning system integrates online learning and practical training operations,which is conducive to teacher communication,information-based teaching experience,and knowledge construction.It satisfies the needs of teachers on the job to learn modern education technology and improves work performance.
