Teacher professionalization is a trend of contemporary educational development. In the day of need to turn our country heavy people into strong human resources,training a great amount of experts imparting hnowledge--professionalized teacher,has already become the key of revitalizing the nation through science and education, has become the call of history.Advancing the development of teacher professionalization call the reform of teacher assessment mechanism in an all-round way, whereas, the reform of he teacher assessment mechanism can advance the development teacher professionalization. Teacher assessment, as a kind of management activity, must, have strong driving force.; Only thus, it could become "boost motor" of teache professionalization development.E-teaching portfolio assessment method , in promoting teacher's professionalization development, as a kind of qualitative assessment, produced in " assessment reforms movement " in the west, and applied to teacher's teaching practice in U.S.A. in about 1990.E-teaching portfolio is an electronic organized, goal-driven documentation of your professional growth and achieved competence in your academic discipline.On the basis of analyzing the contradiction between on the present teacher assessment and teacher professionalizatin assessment, I introduce the e-teaching portfolio to teacher professionalization assessment, thus provide a method and thinking to assess teacher professionalization.
