Soybeans originated from china, it's an important kind of plant for its abundance in protein and oil, so it has a high value both in nutrition and economics. Soybeans are mainly valued for it's containtion of many physiological active material. A survey show that the crowd who little eat beancurd are three times high in prostate gland cancer occurring than those who often eat beancurd in this disease happening. Total soy saponins(TS) is one of the mainly anti-cancer material of soybeans which was defined later.TS is not only has the function of anti-cancer, but also it can increase the activation of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px and GR, eliminate free radical, and have a notable function of reducing peroxidation of blood and liver, reducing ipofuscin of cardiac muscle and the function of control on monoamine oxidase in brain and H-proline in skin, the latter is an imperative factor which formed age pigment. TS can reduce blood platelet and control the formation of thrombus fibrin which was given rise by thrombin, so it also has the function of anti-thrombus. In addition, TS' function of anti-virus is very notable too, so it can be used to cure AIDS. Free radical can destroy tissue and cells without distinction. More and more diseases are testified relating to free radical. Based on this, improving body's ability to anti-oxidation, and eliminating free radical may be the most physiological function of total soy saponins. This experiment lay an emphasis on the fluctuation of free radical and antioxide enzyme, considering that NO was a special kind of free radical, so that NO, TNOS, some blood hormone and blood enzyme were also tested, the latter can assist us to analyze how much destruction which free radical plus on tissue and to study the antioxide effection of drugs. On this study, 32 Sprague-Dawley(SD) male rats which weigh range from 190g to 210g are randomly divided into four groups: sedentary control group(SC), TS+sedentary group(SS), exhausted exercise group(EE), TS+exhausted exercise group(SE). The experiment exert a model of once-exercise-to-exhaustion, namely, the EE group and the SE group will exercise exhausted once just before killing them, then compare average time with each other the two groups take on the treadmill from the...
