As the foundation of every country's sustainable development strategies, Education System has been regarded as a global focus. The core content of Education Reform should be focused on enhancing operations efficiency and productivity of the Administrative Organizations in Educational System. In the contemporary era, concentrating on Administrative Organization Reform, China should further research and analyze the developed countries' Education Systems and extract successful experience to escalate its ongoing administration reform in Education System.Consisting of preface and text, this article mainly discusses and compares the differences between US and China's Education System in terms of the development history of Administrative Organization Theory, Legal Foundation, Organizational Design, Responsibility Allocation, and Associated Relationship as well. Furthermore, this article prudently evaluates the development of Educational Administrative Organization in both countries and analyzes their respective development trends, providing China with experience and references along its Education Reform.
