| According to the characteristics of the primary English course, the paper has analyzed the role of the information technology in learning English. The integration of listening, speaking, reading, writing and evaluation for teaching has been studied by referencing to the theories at home and abroad. New ideas have been put forward.It's proved that the approach is effective to the improvement in overall qualities, such as students' information accomplishment, creativity, practicability, etc.
