As the process of industrialization accelerates,economy and technology develop rapidly,people's living standards have improved,coupled with the deterioration of the original local environment,a large number of people out of the countryside,looking for the opportunities of getting jobs and trading from their hometown to the city,which brought about a great wave of population migration.After the household registration system has been opened gradually,the floating population of Mongolian farmers and herdsmen began to tend to live for a long time,but due to the differences of religious culture and life customs and other factors,it causes a series of problems and contradictions after the peasants and herdsmen enter the city.It not only brings the influence of national relations to the city,also exists some problems for their own life and development in the city.There are more and more farmers and herdsmen going to cities in the future,the problems they encounter in work,life,education,culture and medical treatment will directly affect their life satisfaction.Therefore,paying attention to the life satisfaction of farmers and herdsmen plays the important role and has long-term significance for improving their life and increasing their sense of belonging.This article deeply analyzes the influence of demographic factors,economic factors,cultural factors and social factors on life satisfaction of Mongolian farmers and herdsmen entering the cities,through the correlation analysis between life satisfaction and demographic characteristics,economic factors,cultural factors,social factors along with the Logistic regression analysis results of life satisfaction influencing factors,assumptions 1bAssumptions 1c?Assumptions 2a?Assumptions entering the cities with higher degree of education,life satisfaction is relatively higher;The better employment situation,the higher life satisfaction of the farmers and herdsmen entering the cities;The farmers and herdsmen entering the cities with relatively higher income,life satisfaction is relatively higher;The farmers and herdsmen entering the cities who are satisfied with the public security and public facilities of the place of residence have higher evaluation of life satisfaction;There are significant impacts on the life satisfaction of farmers and herdsmen entering the cities for the situation of religious beliefs?friendship with the Han nationality?encountering exclusion?meeting with friends and so on,the more harmonious they get together with the Han harmonious,the higher evaluation of life satisfaction of the farmers and herdsmen entering the cities.Based on the analysis of life satisfaction and influencing factors of Mongolian farmers and herdsmen entering the cities,it is found that promoting the life satisfaction level of Mongolian farmers and herdsmen entering the cities can't be accomplished by taking one step.It not only needs the cooperation of the relevant government departments,also needs support from communities and social organizations.The study found that the following aspects should be taken to improve the life satisfaction level of Mongolian farmers and herdsmen entering the cities:First,raise the level of income and narrow the gap between rich and poor.Through the reform of the education system,enhance vocational skills training to improve their human capital;help them make a good career planning,timely provide job information,improve their income levels by improving work pay;It can also create a good entrepreneurial environment for the farmers and herdsmen entering the cities,Raise the level of economic income,reduce the gap between the wealthy and poor compared with urban inhabitants.Second,complete social security system,improve guarantee level,first of all,gradually expand basic retirement security to all employees in the town,and further expand the coverage of pension insurance.Next the government should formulate a more comprehensive policy to solve medical problems,establish a medical insurance system which is suitable for different groups of people characteristics and meets the needs of multi-level medical care.Third,we will improve the public service system.The government needs to improve social security administration and reduce the occurrence of criminal cases.Relevant departments or social organizations shall add public service facilities to facilitate the life of farmers and herdsmen entering the cities.Fourth,carry out cultural exchanges,promote national integration.The government organizes some Chinese language classes to improve the Chinese expression ability of Mongolian farmers and herdsmen and enhance the communication with the Han nationality people,organize and promote the culture of different nationalities,strengthen the understanding of the national culture,reflect the humanistic care;Respect the religious beliefs of Mongolian farmers and herdsmen,the government strongly supports and provides places to support Mongolian farmers and herdsmen entering the cities to carry out religious activities,which contributes to social harmony and stability.
