Research On The Status Quo And Problems Of Tibetan Farmers And Herdsmen From The Perspective Of New Public Service Theory

Tibet's development is related to the development of the strategic situation in the Tibet autonomous region has a population of about 3000000,the population of farmers and herdsmen will occupy more than 78% of the total population of Tibet,therefore,the key is stable overall development of Tibet is related to the work of farmers and herdsmen,in this series of work,strengthen the training of farmers and herdsmen,promoting the government to provide training for farmers and herdsmen's public service capacity,significance.The establishment of Tibet herdsmen training system,not only greatly promoted the development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet,and the border security and stability to the country industry is extremely important,but also has multiple benefits of society,economy and environment,the key is with a strong color of public service,therefore,the purpose of this study is to based on the new public service theory and in-depth analysis to the training of Tibet farmers and herdsmen's actual situation and the government in the public service training of farmers and herdsmen.For farmers and herdsmen training work is a complex and arduous project,this project involves elements of all aspects,not only relates to the farmers themselves,including government,society,enterprises,institutions and other aspects of the elements of the training.These elements are composed of a grid system,the collision between the elements,if there is no good coordination between the elements,so it is easy to produce contradictory or discordant results,once that happens,training of farmers and herdsmen will be directly affected,resulting in the training work can not be timely carried out,affecting the quality of and the effect of training.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to coordinate the various factors in the training system of farmers and herdsmen,clarify the satisfaction of farmers and herdsmen to the training work,and improve the training system for farmers and herdsmen.At present,research results of the training of farmers and herdsmen satisfaction is relatively weak,through the study on the way of literature survey and field investigation combination,on the basis of relevant theoretical research on China's training of farmers and herdsmen,together with some foreign successful for farmers and herdsmen training mode,research and Exploration on promoting Tibet agricultural the herdsmen of training satisfaction,and construction of the herdsmen training system of our country has carried on many aspects,puts forward suggestions on perfecting the training system,improve the Countermeasures of farmers and herdsmen on training satisfaction,make some contribution to the development of Tibet agriculture and animal husbandry industry.
