A Study On The Development Of Vocational Education Of Farmers And Herdsmen In Xigaze, Tibet

Workers raise the level of professional skills and employ-ability and e ntrepreneurial abilities is realized mainly through the vocational education, to economic development and employment promotion it is necessary to stre ngthen vocational education. In recent years, Tibet Communist Party and g overnment investment in vocational training of farmers and herdsmen is inc reasing continuously. In particular, due to the remote areas of Tibet, located in Southwest China, accounted for more than 80% of the total population o f farmers and herdsmen, most of the ideas behind of farmers and herdsmen,do not attach importance to education, this makes the development of Tibe tan education bottleneck over long time periods.In order to do a good job of vocational education of farmers and herdsmen in Tibet, and improve the q uality of farmers and herdsmen and increase per capital income of farmers and herdsmen, the regional human resources and Social Security Bureau ha s developed a series of work planning on vocational training of farmers and herdsmen, does not regularly carry out vocational skill training of farmers and herdsmen, and has been a part of employment of on-the-job skills upgr ading training of farmers and herdsmen, enabling them to become more ski lled your expertise, more clear understanding of their responsibilities.Shiga tse city, responded positively to the call of the autonomous region, falling within the jurisdiction of the administrative area of Shigatse, reached the le gal working age of surplus labor forces in agricultural and pastoral areas, c ollege graduates and urban registered unemployed persons have been guide d training, practical skills training, vocational skills training, business traini ng and other employment and Reemployment training. The "Twelve-Five" period, the Shigatse 28417 people Club a total of training people, including farmers and herdsmen 19608 people, unemployed persons 8809, 54.07 mil lion yuan in investment funds.This paper focuses on vocational education development of Shigatse i n Tibet, first introduced the Shigatse of Tibet’s natural resources, geograph y, and then presents the social-economic development of Shigatse in Tibet, education, career development, especially the development of vocational ed ucation. Followed mainly from the status-of the development of vocational education in Shigatse city, farmers and herdsmen in Tibet, Shigatse, Tibet p easants and herdsmen problems of vocational education development and it s causes and countermeasures to promote the development of vocational ed ucation in Shigatse city, farmers and herdsmen in Tibet suggested three asp ects are studied. According to the analysis of the vocational education and t raining of farmers and herdsmen, Shigatse City data collected, summarized as follows: strengthen the vocational education of farmers and herdsmen ca n not only improve the quality of farmers and herdsmen and increase their family income, and to promote local economic development plays a big role. The thesis of the study is to explore the line with Shigatse, and Shigatse featured potentiality in vocational education development planning, throug h analysis and research of Shigatse City Farmer vocational education devel opment that work best for developing road of vocational education of farme rs and herdsmen, Shigatse city, and provide theoretical help to improve the overall level of vocational education in agricultural and pastoral areas of Ti bet.
