Classroom teaching and learning evaluation is indispensable to the complete teaching and learning process from when classroom teaching and learning constitute had been formed. Classroom teaching and learning evaluation is an important means to increase teaching and learning quantity availably. However, there are many problems in classroom teaching and learning evaluation in our primary and middle school, which has blocked the process of classroom teaching and learning reform seriously. The reform and innovation of classroom teaching and learning evaluation seem to be more and more important along with the progressive implement of new curriculum reform in our primary and middle school. The study of developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation, which pursues the developmental goal , in the view of the actuality and the future, exactly emerges with the tide of the times under this kind of background. First, this thesis analyses the background and problems in classroom teaching and learning evaluation in our primary and middle school. According to this analysis , the writer establishs developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation as the object of this thesis . To solve many problems of evaluation in our primary and middle school, the writer thinks that we should make discrimination and selection weaker, emphasises development and process in classroom teaching and learning evaluation, that is to say, using developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation. In this thesis ,the writer tries to make study of the basic theories , the standard and the methods of developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation. In the part of the basic theories of developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation, the thesis analyses the concept, the theoretical basis,the aim and the principle of developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation . In the part of the standard of developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation, firstly development is established as the principle of the standard in developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation . Following this principle, the thesis analyses the standard of classroom teaching and learning goals, the standard of classroom teaching and learning content and the standard of classroom teaching and learning process,and emphasises the standard of classroom teaching and learning process. In the part of the methods of developmental classroom and learning evaluation, firstly development is established as the principle of the methods in developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation. Then particular methods of developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation are advanced in two aspects of the teachers and the students. At last, the thesispoints that promote the new methods does not negate the present methods, because every method has its advantage and disadvantage. In the conclusion, the thesis points that promote developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation does not negate the present evaluation of classroom teaching and learning. And the relationship between them are basis and development, inherition and innovation. There are still many problems which need to be soloved in the developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation, we need have future study on them.
