The objectives of the reform of basic education in our country student assessment is:to build a "can meet the requirement of quality education,students all-round development as the core,a full range of primary and secondary school education quality evaluation system",and this system establishment,to achieve"transformation of the single to student's grades and school graduation rates of primary and secondary school education evaluation system,in order to promote students' all-round development and healthy growth as the teaching goal,strengthen students' sense of social responsibility,strengthen the cultivation of students'innovative and practical ability" reform goals.In basic education evaluation system,evaluating students' performance in class plays a decisive role,because the classroom is the main place to students receive education in school,almost every step of witnessing the students development.It has been more than one year since a middle school in jinan comprehensively implemented the cooperative learning model from March 2017.In this study,more than 150 students and more than 20 teachers from different grades in the school were investigated and studied on the evaluation status of students in class.The survey results show that the school's classroom evaluation focuses on the students'development,but still focuses on the final evaluation.Pay attention to the differences between subjects and grades,but apply unified standards.Pay attention to the comprehensive development of students,but still pay attention to the evaluation of book knowledge.Pay attention to individual differences of students,but no targeted evaluation system;Realize the importance of classroom evaluation language,but there are some problems in using it.Realize the importance of students'self-evaluation,but still focus on teachers' evaluation.The reasons for the survey results are as follows:the students' foundation is different,and their learning motivation is not strong.Some teachers stick to the rules and are unwilling to change the traditional way of evaluation.Paying attention to diagnosis and termination evaluation,ignoring formative evaluation;The standards of student evaluation remain unchanged,and the goal of cooperative learning is restricted.The cooperative learning model has been popularized for a short time,and the evaluation system and promotion measures are not perfect.Most teachers realize that the evaluation of students in class needs to be improved,but their implementation ability is insufficient.In view of the problems found in the process of investigation and interview,and combined with the actual situation of the school,the study proposed to improve the cooperative learning mode developmental classroom student assessment strategies:first,evaluation pays attention to students' individual development;Secondly,the evaluation subject is diversified.Thirdly,comprehensive evaluation content;Fourth,diversified evaluation methods;Fifth,the student evaluation information collection effective;Sixth,change teachers' evaluation concept and improve their evaluation ability.
