It is the inevitable outcome of social productivity development that the land is circulated. Under the background of fact that the urbanization and industrialization increased the conflict phenomenon around the benefit and became a seriously danger hidden in the society which affect our social stability.Basing on the perspective of the sociological conflict theory, this thesis gave a continual analysis to the status and benefit which the different stratum "play-chess" during the process of land circulation , and disclosed the relationship of interests distribution in the course of the land circulation. That is , which strata is the benefit one , which is the damaged one , whether there are dominant interests contradiction or benefit conflict in the different strata. As well as how the contradiction or conflict appeared in the course. So as to establish a new frame balancing the various strata in the course of land circulation, to offer some new politic consultation and advice for our party and government.This thesis is based on the following assumption : 1.The benefit of agricultural laborer is unanimous during the course of the land circulation. 2. In the course , the benefit of ordinary agricultural laborer stratum is not accordance with the that of private entrepreneur strata. In the course , even more , the ordinary agricultural laborers oppose the private entrepreneur strata to enter the countryside. 3.The power of rural administrator to involve the process is to seek the personal benefitAIn the course, the benefit of rural administraton is accordance with the interest of private entrepreneur and the accordance with the conflict does not exist. 5. In the course, the rural administrator gets more benefit than the agricultural laborer stratum. 6.
