The culture-educational dynamics of population is the essential element in thedevelopment of society and economy so that to promote the level of the culture-educationaldynamics of population can promote the development of society and economy. Therefore,study on the evaluation and countermeasures of the culture-educational dynamics ofpopulation has realistic significance.The thesis begins with the analysis the conception of the culture-educational dynamics ofpopulation and takes Shandong Province as an example. Then, by the ways ofquantity-oriented research and quality-oriented analysis, it focuses on evaluating of theculture-educational dynamics of population in Shandong Province. Lastly, it proposes thecountermeasures on how to promote the level of the culture-educational dynamics ofpopulation in Shandong Province. The thesis is composed of four parts.The first part is the introduction. This part consists of four sub-parts, which are theconception of the culture-educational dynamics of population, the researching actuality of theculture-educational dynamics of population, the significance and the methods of the thesis. Bythe analysis of the conception and the researching actuality of the culture-educationaldynamics of population, the shortcomings in the researches of the culture-educationaldynamics of population are found and the research meaning and methods are proposed.The second part is forming the model for comprehensive evaluation of theculture-educational dynamics of population. Based on the discussing the indictor system ofthe quality of human resources and the principles of the indictor system of theculture-educational dynamics of population, it constructs the indictor system and model forcomprehensive evaluation of the culture-educational dynamics of population.The third part is comprehensive evaluation of the culture-educational dynamics ofpopulation in Shandong Province. Applying the indictor system and model for comprehensiveevaluation of the culture-educational dynamics of population, the thesis analyses thecharacteristic of the culture-educational dynamics of population in Shandong Province. Thelevel of the culture-educational dynamics of population in Shandong Province has beenpromoted, but it is still lower than that of the developed provinces and cities in China. At thesametime, the differences of the level of the culture-educational dynamics of population whichare in different cities, regions, groups of people and areas is obvious.The fourth part is proposing the countermeasures on how to promote the level of theculture-educational dynamics of population in Shandong Province. The part focuses on the sixsub-parts.
