The paper researches the present situation of Health Care P.E.Class in colloge and universities' studengts by means of documentary, investigation, mathematical statistics, the research focusing on the short-comings, influencing facts and countmeasures.The sult shows: Although the Health Care P.E.Class in colloge and universities has been established for more than 20 years and made considerable progress, there is a far way from the original goal. For example, there are few professional teachers, the budget invested in it was little and short of devices and test instruments, the construct of organization and curriculums is poor. Currently, the curriculum is formalistic, lack the linking with teaching target, the teaching practices have no substance contents. Seeing form the content of course of the theories lesson, lack the practical function.The knowledge of most teachers are not fit for the Health Care P.E.Class. At present, the exercise situation of students has a far way from the quality-origented teaching aim. And the physical activities after class is lack of management. With regard the physical education of the Health Care P.E.Class, putting forward some measures: 1,Attaching importance to the management of physical activities after class,improve the physical education from the whole. 2,The notion of physical aducation should change into rebuilding the humanization. 3,Establishing and perfecting the system of teaching material. 4, Increasing the useful contents to students and improving teaching methods.5,Under the concept of a micro-system of curriculum,dealing well with the realitionship of class and after class. 6, Establisning the cheching and evaluating system to students. 7, Examing the health ragularly and seting up the file of inferior group of students. 8,Raising the whole quality of teachers in the Health Care P.E.Class.
