Chinese language emotion education is defined that during Chineselanguage is teaching, the teachers should develop factors of emotion in the Chinese language textbook as considering factor s of cognition in teaching, the teachers' active factors of emotion can cause and cultivate students' positive factors of emotion in order to improve teaching efficiency and reinforce teaching effect, which help to accomplish teaching goals and make students have good emotion or sentiment.I first Compare students in senior middle schools with students in Technical and Vocational Educational schools on family education personal character academic background and studying psychology, students in Technical and Vocational Educational schools have poor academic background and diverged learning levels, and they are not interested in Chinese language learning. I discuss Chinese language teaching in Technical and Vocational Educational schools. All these and my experience of teaching Chinese language in Technical and Vocational Educational schools tell that reinforcing factors of emotion in the Chinese language in Technical and Vocational Educational schools is necessary, factors of emotion in the Chinese language can fortify the students' training in speaking reading and writing and reinforce- Chinese language teaching effect. My statistical consequence by questionnaire reflects that factors of emotion can reinforce Chinese language teaching effect in Technical and Vocational Educational schools.
