Case Study On The Internal Personnel And Distribution System Reform Of Yancheng Economic Development Zone Middle School

Starting with studying the internal personnel and distribution system reform of Yancheng Economic Development Zone Middle School, this paper fully and objectively analyzes its background, process and matters it shows. With reflecting on it, the effect that systematic factors show on the school development is discussed. Hence, where the reform needs further improvement and perfection is pointed out. Having been reformed, the Development Zone Middle School appears some fundamental changes and better growth. While, there are still some matters existing. As for the theme, this paper mainly goes on how to effectively manage and stimulate teachers who experience the reform, and on how to further improve the personnel and distribution system so that reform is pushed forward continuously.The personnel and distribution reform in educational area has been conducted for long in China. Some innovations have been made, which are valued lessons for others. Nevertheless, some defects are still there. What is new is that this paper, by case studying and with the internal personnel and distribution system reform of the Economic Development Zone Middle School as the breakthrough point, deeply analyzes the gain and loss of the personnel and distribution system reform, and brings forth some problems which internal system reform faces and the solutions to them. Both theoretic and operable characters are pursued.
