At present, our country is implementing "the plan of innovative talents". The higher schools as the base and main body of training talents must regard cultivation of innovative talents as the key question of educational reform. A lot of educators and scientific research personnel of our country are carrying on plenty of research and practice to the problem of innovative talents training. I, as the first line teacher of higher school, have more urgent hopes to cultivate students' innovation ability. What is the innovative ability? Innovative ability is the ability that the individual puts forward new theory and concept with unique, having social effect or using prospect, or invents the new technology and product. Innovation is the person's basic characteristic, but aggressive initiative spirit and innovative ability need training after he was born. Then, how to train students' innovative ability? Can creativity be taught on earth?According to teaching experience for many years, combined with modern education theory, the essay tries putting forward launching innovative way of talentstraining--three-dimensional teaching mode in order to discuss with experts,scholars and colleagues of counterparts. The essay can be divided into three parts altogether:Chapter One mainly explains the present teaching mode, objective foundation and connotative limit of setting up three-dimensional teaching model.Chapter Two mainly explains the content hypertext of teaching material, diversification of teaching form, connotation and theoretical foundation of expanding teaching space.Chapter Three mainly explains construction of three-dimensional teaching mode and realistic meaning of its implementation.
