The Research Of Building Local High-level Poly-Technic Education System

This thesis through descrbing the existence and development situation of Local High-level Poly-Technic Education ( LHPTE ) which is commonly just at its begining stage , analysis based in facts the problems of wrong decision making and low qulity usually appeared at its running process , at the same time affirming its achievements , for the purpose of offering reference opinion for its fruther development and specific practice . From various angles this article proves that LHPTE do has vast range of prospect, and the key of constructing LHPTE system is to grasp oppotunity . It should begin with change concept, and conduct two running reforms : strategy position and tactical talent cultivating goal and methods , along with the two lines to construct perfect LHPTE system . And it should take cultivating qulified personel who fit to market domand as breakthrough , and actively mix itself with local economic construction and social development as well as build strategy stage which benifit its won long-term development, at the same time , strive by all means to gain all works of life's suports .
