China's advanced education emerges and develops with China's politics and economy, and has accumulated a wealth of experience during its process.China's advanced education develops vigorously in earlier Min dynasty. During this period, undergraduate education achieved successes in both principle and system of the education management.Guided with the basic principle of advanced education, this paper centers on the development of undergraduate education in earlier Min dynasty, with emphasis on the history and theory analyses of the system and rules of the undergraduate education management at that time, so as to delineate the regular patterns and characteristics of the development of the undergraduate education in that period, and to find some implications for China's advanced education reform now.This paper consists of four parts: First part is the introduction, which introduces the influence of the history on undergraduate education, and the development of undergraduates in that period. The second part generally elaborates on the undergraduate education management in earlier Min, including the establishment of the central and local ministries of education. The third part elaborates on the constructions of the undergraduate education management during that period. The fourth part approaches from the micro perspective the management inside the colleges in earlier Min, mainly including the making of educational purpose and management of teaching, teachers and students.Finally, it summarizes the undergraduate education management in earlier Min dynasty, pointing out that "selective course system" and "professor rules" can be referred to in today's reform of advanced education.
