The exploration and utilization of the curriculum resources plays a basic and strategic part in the new-round curriculum reform of the fundamental education in China. Now that the exploration and utilization of the history curriculum resources guarantees the implementation of the new history curriculum, how we can fully explore and utilize the history curriculum resources is a necessary matter for us to look into and work out.There are varieties of curriculum resources, new and old, good and bad, home and abroad. Only by optimizing them carefully and attentively can some of the good and perfect resources be put into the new curriculum. We think if we do want to utilize the curriculum resources, we should follow this idea, that is, "to explore—to optimize—to utilize". According to this idea, the article mainly discusses about the tactics of optimizing the high school history curriculum resources and the tactics of utilizing the resources in class teaching.First, on the base of understanding the connotation and classification of the history curriculum resources, the article analyzes its subject feature. And, considering the main problem of exploring and utilizing the resources at present, the article also puts forward the main principle and the specific methods of optimizing the resources.Second, the article makes the instruction design the very beginning and, combined with specific examples, analyzes the new requirements of the various subjects in the new curriculum reform, namely, the teaching aim design, the studying situation design, the teaching method design and the study evaluation design.
