The National Mental Health Development Report of China?2017-2018?points out that the mental health level of teachers is declining year by year.Depression and anxiety have become the main psychological problems plaguing teachers,and the psychological problems of primary and secondary school teachers are more obvious[1].Therefore,the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers should be paid more attention.Psychological health quality is considered to be the internal factor affecting the level of mental health,and the level of mental health and mental health quality also have a great correlation[2],so paying attention to the mental health quality of primary and secondary school teachers is an important content of paying attention to the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers.In order to deeply analyze and discuss the mental health quality of primary and secondary school teachers,this study first compiles a scale to measure the mental health quality of primary and secondary school teachers,and then uses this scale to test the characteristics of the mental health quality of primary and secondary school teachers.Research methods:In the process of theoretical structure hypothesis of the scale,literature method,open questionnaire survey method and interview method are used.On the basis of theoretical hypothesis,the results of open survey and interview are classified and processed to determine the basic hypothesis structure of mental health quality of primary and secondary school teachers.On the basis of theoretical hypothesis structure,88 items were compiled for the first time,and a prediction questionnaire was formed.240primary and secondary school teachers were tested with the predictive questionnaire.208 valid questionnaires were collected.The valid data were analyzed by item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.After eliminating the unqualified items,53 items were finally determined and the remaining items were renumbered to form a formal scale.In order to verify the structure and validity of the formal scale.In addition,450 questionnaires were issued and 386 valid questionnaires were retrieved.Confirmation factor analysis,internal consistency reliability test,retest reliability test,calibration validity analysis and structural validity test were carried out.In the study of the characteristic analysis of the mental health quality of primary and secondary school teachers,the self-compiled formal scale of the mental health quality of primary and secondary school teachers was adopted.A total of 550questionnaires and 507 valid questionnaires were issued.After collecting and sorting out the data,the differences of mental health quality of primary and secondary school teachers in gender,nationality,region,school location,type of school,grade,backbone teachers,teaching age and professional title were analyzed.The results show that the mental health quality scale of primary and secondary school teachers can be divided into general mental health quality subscale and occupational mental health quality subscale.General mental health quality includes four dimensions:cognitive characteristics,emotional coordination,willpower quality and behavioral adaptation.Occupational mental health quality includes three dimensions:professional identity,professional ability and professional quality,totaling 53 items.The reliability and validity of the Mental Health Quality Scale for Primary and Secondary School Teachers are good.Confirmative factor analysis showed that all the fitted indicators met the measurement standard,and the dimensions were moderately and highly correlated with the total score,and the dimensions were moderately and moderately correlated with each other,with good structural validity.The correlation between the scale and the self-esteem scale was 0.461,and the correlation between the scale and the low achievement subscale of the occupational burnout scale was-0.777,which reached a moderate and high degree of correlation,and the calibration validity was good.The reliability is 0.816,the internal consistency coefficient is between 0.804and 0.970,and the reliability is excellent.The mental health quality of primary and secondary school teachers does not differ in gender,nationality,region,school location,type of school taught,grade taught,but the influence of professional title,whether they are backbone teachers and teaching age is more obvious.
