"To accelerate each other between teaching and studying" is a important principle in education. It had been come into being since born on 《xue ji》 two thousand three hundred years ago. It have been carry forward as good tradition. We use it extensivly today. "To accelerate each other between teaching and studying" as principle have so vigorous life-force, show it reflect the objective law of education. The intension and the extension of "To accelerate each other between teaching and studying"have been developing after it was put forward,that is to say, it isn't the satisfactory conception that product and develop contiuously with the development of sociaty and education. It has different character and color at different period. There is a procession to go full and satisfaction with the advance of sociaty, the accumulation of experience and science knowledge.We arrange the conception of "To accelerate each other between teaching and studying" and create it again from the view of history, we analysis that it include "the period of separation beween progress of teacher and the progress of student", "the period of teacher stop and student make progress", "the period of teacher support and the student make progress", "the period of teacher guide and student make progress", "the period of making progress both of teacher and student". Based on the analyse, we get reason, character and influence of every period, and the necessary of development.At last, we can discover the track of development of the intension and the extension of "To accelerate each other between teaching and studying".
