With the advent of the education informatization 2.0 era,information technology has played an increasingly important role in teaching,and has promoted teaching reform in a deep level.Schools at all levels have established a relatively complete information technology hardware environment.However,the author's in-depth middle school internship found that the application of teacher information technology in the classroom is still at the surface stage,often using information technology such as electronic whiteboards as a simple display tool,and the application of information technology is in the form.In the process of communicating with these teachers,it was found that the teachers' enthusiasm for using information technology was not high,and they were unwilling to use information technology to solve teaching problems in depth.At present,information technology is in a mature and mature period.Teachers' low utilization rate of information technology equipment leads to waste of equipment and information technology cannot play its due role.Teachers' willingness to use is crucial to the role of information technology in teaching.Through classroom observations,interviews and combining existing literature,this study assumes that the influencing factors of teachers' behavioral intension to use information technology include: perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,subject culture,internal factors,environmental factors,task-technology fit and attitude toward using.And build a relationship model of influencing factors and willingness to use.Expand the sample size through questionnaire survey and use SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0software to verify the relationship model.An analysis of teachers of different genders,educational backgrounds and ages shows that there are significant differences between them influencing factors and willingness to use.The relationship between influencing factors and willingness to use is explored,and finally the factors that influence teachers' behavioral intension to use information technology in the context of this research include internal factors,perceived usefulness,attitude toward using,environmental factors,and task-technology fit.Finally,in order to enhance teachers' willingness to use,this study starts from the level of teachers,recommends that teachers emancipate their minds,keep pace with the times,and actively explore the deep-level functions of information technology;Information technology learning atmosphere;from the perspective of technology research and development,put forward corresponding strategies for related companies.
